Im guessing that you want to know how to build muscles at home. You want to avoid the high cost of a gym membership, and I dont blame you! Those contracts that those companies get you into can really hurt your finances, especially if you are on a tight budget! Im speaking from experience here. I was put into a contract that I couldn't cancel, and I am still paying for it!
The First Decision You Need To Make
Now, if you are serious about learning how to build muscles at home, first, you have to make a very important decision. Do you want to purchase some equipment? Or would you rather go into your venture without the equipment?
The choice is ultimately yours, and both sides have their benefits. If you decide not to purchase any equipment, the obvious benefit is fatter pockets. If you decide that you are willing to buy some equipment, you will speed up the process of building muscle, aided by the equipment!
Building Muscle At Home With Equipment
If you are willing to fork over some cash on some decent equipment, you will have an advantage over those that don't want to spend any money. Exercise equipment has been tested, and proven to get results! There are tons of different types of equipment that you can purchase, and I will not recommed any of them, because the purpose of this hub is to educate you, and not try to sell something!
Now, if you want to purchase equipment, and set up a workout room in your house, you have to motivate yourself to actually use it! Always tell yourself that you dont want to waste the money that you already spent on the equipment, by letting it sit in your spare room collecting dust! I know money (or the loss of money) is a huge motivating factor! Use that motivating factor to your advantage, and use the stuff regularly!
Building Muscles At Home Without Buying Equipment
If you don't want to spend any money on equipment, there are plenty of exercises that you can do to help build muscle without coughing up cash on expensive equipment!
Here are just a few:
- Push upsPushups are a great option! There are so many different variations of the push up. Each variation targets a different muscle group! Try turning your hand's to face inward or outward. Both of those hit different muscle groups!
- DipsYou can do very effective dips using only a chair! Check out the video below to see what I mean!
- Pull UpsPull ups are a great upper body workout. The only thing you need to start doing pull ups is something high in the air that is stable, and allows you to wrap your hands around! Get creative! I know you can think of something that you can use to do pull ups!
- Crunches and Sit Up'sIf you are looking to build that six pack (Im not talking about beer either people!), all you need to do is a few sit up's and crunches! They target the ab's
There are tons of different exercises that you can do at home without any equipment! The key to finding a good exercise that works for you is to experiment! Use that brain of yours, and be innovative! It will save you cash, and build the body that you have always dreamed of!
